Hi, my name is Mladen, I'm new to the forum and aliexpress. I have a problem with this track number: RR186409680RS i don't know why is the registered letter item stuck at import security scan at Guangzhou.What should i do next?

This is last update of tracking information:
NULL, import mutual seal sealing of the total package, Guangzhou International 23.05.2014 15:43

I wrote recepient's address correct.I ' ve asked my post office about the status of registered letter item,but still waiting more than 30 days for answer.Can you help me please it has been 94 days ago.

RR186409680RS can not be delivered. you should ask recipient to call 11185 and try to pickup the parcel from china post guangzhou.

possible reasons:
1)address is wrong, address is incomplete or address can not be translated into Chinese.
2)recipient is not available when delivery.
3)someone in the address rejected the parcel.

RH050847425CN should be lost. you should open dispute and claim refund asap
