Hello, my tracking number is RB534009767CN, and I live in the US and on the tracking info it says it is being shipped to Canada, is this normal, how can we fix this

your shipper gave you a wrong number. RB534009767CN is going to Canada not USA. Ask seller refund you money or give you a correct number.
