Hello i purchased some electronic via an online seller on HKTDC platform .The company name is Thanks & Best Regards,

Company:Sun Smile Ltd
Contact Person: Mr. Sarbjit
Skype: salessunsmileltd

The above address has since gone under.Not replying to any of our numerous emails conversations.
The company was to send the package to Kenya using Fedex as of our agreement but they sen us an email saying that their agent adviced them to send using China Post.
They sent us a tracking number RT279897145HK.
Indeed the tracking number could not be located for several days but now it shows this Hong Kong Post Parcel Tracking Result

Destination - Kenya

The item (RT279897145HK) is being processed for departure from Hong Kong as of 19-Jun-2015.

Could this be just hot air since On hong kong post it says

Outward Registered LetterDestination - Kenya

The item (RT279897145HK) is being processed for departure from Hong Kong as of 19-Jun-2015.

http://track-chinapost.com/starthkpost.php?code=RT279897145HK shows the parcel was just shipped 2 days ago. You need wait about 4 weeks to get the goods. status might not change during the shipping procedure.

see the thing is i have been asking the supplier for the scanned receipt number for the parcel in order to see the contents inside the parcel whether they are correct.
He has not done that.
Now that he used the china post instead of fedex will the package be brought to me or it will be left at the postal service.
How am i gonna know whether it will get to nairobi Kenya,

He had purported that it is gonna take 3-7 working days so i am surprised of the new developments 4weeks.Its a long time and inconveniencing.

can one have a tracking number that indicates that the product has been shipped but in actual sense it doesn't even exist?
