Hi Im living in South Africa and bought several things on Ebay and paid through Paypal,always got my stuff and always shipped to my address.
Recently I have bought an item with tracking number RI432900474CN,the destination shows Israel whereas Im living In South Africa.Does this item go VIA Israel to South Africa or did the seller gave me wrong Tracking Info.

you should open dispute and ask seller refund you money.

So Does that mean the tracking number is wrong.

it might be any of following reasons:
1)seller gave you wrong or fake number.
2)seller shipped to wrong address
3)china post put the parcel into wrong destination container.

You can not figure out which is the real reason. So you should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress/paypal. Once you open dispute, it is seller's burden to prove that you have received the parcel in a specific time frame, otherwise seller should refund you money.

Hi I have liased with my seller and he adimant that he send to my right Address,now he claims that my parcel is going VIA Israel to South Africa,is that true.

I think you are wasting time to talk with your seller. Open dispute is the easiest way to solve your problem.
