Left China on 23 Jan and arrived Lebanon on 26 Jan.
It should be delivered to you by 1 - 10 Feb
The problem is when it arrived Lebanon, there is no custom check update.
Check with your customs.

I have checked it with my customs and they said it didnt arrive to lebanon can u please help me?

it might be delayed in some airport between china and lebanon. you'd better open a dispute and claim money back.

What can i do my package RB621412051CN has lost ,not continue since 13sep2013 i try to contact seller not reply me back and try to contact email: [email protected] many time no person contact me as automatic mail
Please find and reply me back.
