Post Is my package really shipped?

Hello!
I have a question about my order. I placed an order on the 23th of June and it still says Awaiting Receipt and when I try to track the order it only says: electronic information has been received. This has been there since the 25th of June. I've tried to contact my seller, but I didn't get any response from him and when I try to click on his name to see his profile it says: profile doesn't excist. What should I do?
My trackingnumber is RF282636936CN.

2. Can you open a dispute, is your 10 days done, if not then possibly tomorrow you will be able to open a dispute.
