Tracking code EA325517805CN

I have tried tracking this product for the last 2 weeks, ems is unhelpful as usual and when I called my local post (an post) they told me it was in Germany, the next day I called again and they said it was not showing up on the system at all?
CAn someone help find the whereabouts of my package please...

It’s coming from China to ireland

Update - my local post said to declare package lost what should I do to locate it?
