Dear Sr/Madam,

The package with the track number: CY591019285DE, has been in customs for almost two months now. What could be the reason for the delay and there is something I can do to solve the problem?

CY591019285DE arrived in Zhengzhou customs waiting for customs clearance. The reason of delay is:
1)Shipper did not print receiver's mobile phone number. So China Post can't send text message to receiver to make online customs clearance. If this is the case, receiver need to call 11185 and China Post will guide him/her to make customs clearance in person.

2)The receiver does not want to accept the parcel and make customs clearance. This often happens when parcel is a return for refund. Many bad sellers often play such games. If this is the case, then China Post can't do anything for you. You need open dispute to marketplace or call your bank to file charge back.
