I sent a parcel from The Netherlands on April 13, 2014, by TNT insured for 5500 Euro. It arrived to Beijing on April 21st, 1014 as the online tracking shows:

However, the recipient who lives in Fuzhou hasn't received yet.

I would like to know where my parcel is. It contains rare collector's items -some of them extremely rare if not unique- that were lent to a school in Fujian China for an exhibition. TNT has tried to contact China Post but has never received any answer or clarification, so TNT can not open ay legal dispute for the moment. Any attempt to contact China Post from my side or TNT side has produced no results, for they couldn't give us any information.

Any help would be appreciated.

That's nonsense. We called 11185 40 times..they know nothing, absolutely nothing about the parcel
