Hi...
I order my product since october..
Now the status has changed from dispatching to in warehouse customer.
Usually what happen if the parcel in custom warehouse and still not release the item..
The seller refuse to refund money and still wanna wait the parcel..

Thank you..

If status shows "in Customs warehouse" over 30 days and never change, then it means the parcel might be lost or destroyed or returned to shipper.
