Hello, my name is Jean Nebajoth, i bought an iteim on ebay coming from china using your postal service. i need to know where my iteim is please? the site stops giving me information about my iteim.

RN600648746CN was returned to shipper in beijing. you will NOT receive the parcel. open dispute and claim refund asap.

i don't know what agreement the seller have with ebay or paypal, they close my case then i made an appeal, they close that too. seller ignoring my message, i'm just another victim of ebay. no iteim no money back, i really don't know what to do.
