Post import customs scan???

i have a parcel stuck at biejing ,airport...no battery,or liquid or dangerous or illegal device and its stuck at ''import custom scan''....why??.....more importantly,how do i find out next step....am i able to contact customs?can you?....the package is from hobbyking,the parcel is a quadcopter toy....please this is a gift for my son on his birthday...and its going to be late :( ....please have this package sent already!!!!!

it seems the parcel was rejected by airline. what is the item inside? any battery item?

Okay,now what?there is no battery,or liquid,or illegal sunstance...will they inspect and then resend!please reply,thank you

the parcel was returned by customs officer for some unknown reason(they will not give reason). you'd better open a dispute and let seller to compensate the loss.http://track-chinapost.com/?p=435

can customs not just look at this parcel,and then decide "hey its safe"and send it back to airline for delivery...i mean i dont get it....does hobbyking have to request it back or does customs send it back to them?why does tracking not show rejected?or returned to sender?

hello can somebody answer my question ,has or will this package been sent back to merchant,and why is it bieng returned ,there is no battery or liquid,and is not dangerous,will it be shipped?
