I wanted to find out where it was at? It only says it's partial or not found but the place I bought it from has a tracking number AT530490417CN this is the tracking number. I wanted to find out where it was at since nothing has been said?

AT530490417CN has no shipping record. Your seller didn't ship anything with AT530490417CN .
