I recently accepted a dispute but have decided to open one again for the same product .

But apparently this is not possible .

The seller keeps telling me to cancel the dispute so I accepted it .

My purchase protection for RJ094871145CN is running out . It has not changed status from EXPORT CUSTOMS SCAN in hangzhou for more than a month .

I opened a dispute previously but it looks like I am unable to reopen it again after the seller closed it .

I may never patronise aliexpress anymore after this experience .

So am I able to reopen a dispute for the same product after accepting the seller's solution of rejecting my dipute ?

This seller refuses to answer my queries .
