Can i ask when will the parcel arrive?

item no. RA453607181CN

The item is said to be shipped to the airline since 9 May 2014.

How many more processes are there before the item reaches me?

Can i kindly enquire what are the processes left??

normally parcel will arrive within 2 to 3 weeks after sent to airline date.
