I ordered my jacket in the beginning of October and everything's been fine. But 4 days ago it's said "international item has left originating country and is en route to Canada." This was 4 days ago, I haven't received a single update since then... Usually when I order things from outside Canada, as soon as they land it will say something like, "awaiting customs clearance" or something like "item has landed in Canada" but I haven't gotten one update in 4 days. How long does something like a jacket have to take to land in Canada from China if departed 4 days ago? I'm baffled and worried.

RM201068747CN is still waiting for export scan in beijing airport. you need wait another 2 to 3 weeks.

Im having the same issue...en route to canada. How long does that plane stay in the air? Its been about 20 days now! Unless you have a new fleet of hot air balloons you have not told anyone about. I just dont understand how it can be en route if its still in china... RI326673841CN

RI323917244CN a parcel from China to India : It's Status was: Export Security Scan, Guangzhou on 27th Jan, 2015. THEN IT'S BEEN in Customs-Control warehouse, Guangzhou since 28th Jan, 2015. Same Status updated on 7th Feb, 2015 that in Customs-Control warehouse, Guangzhou. Parcle Contains a Alluminium frame Mobile Back Cover.

"sent to airline" does not mean the parcel will be in air right away. Normally it will stay in airline warehouse for a couple of week lining up for air space. You need some patient.

If that is the case...you should find a different word than en route! Maybe....warehouse hold....or warehouse standby... do you see my point? Please look up the meaning of en route! Im not mad or upset...i understand the process. Proper use of words would eliminate questions of what is going on with parcels. Thanks

Hello everyone,

I ordered a bag through the site "iOffer"
From the seller, my package was sent June 26, 2015 but I have still not received it, and honestly worries me. When I track the parcel (RM204327318CN) it's a while it is in "transit" Continuing to China Post. My estimated delivery date is next week.

Could you tell me more about my package?
