Could you please give me a general idea how long it may take for it to be delivered?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ419135059CN shows no record. Your seller did not ship you anything.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you need push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment info in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud.
