Hi I sent a package to my girlfriend in China. The address she gave me was to her job(which is a school) but according the tracker there was an attempt to delivery but she said there were no packages delivered. The Parcel No. is CH032916014US is there any way she can go to the Postal Office and pick it up directly? Thank you

the parcel was delivered by China Post office in 望京区域西坝河揽投部 . Ask your girlfriend to check with her school mail reception office. The parcel should be there.
