I am an English teacher from Azerbaijan and bought a netbook from Aliexpress in September. There is not updates since 29.09.2013. I really need it and the status is opening. Where is my item?

RB772411279CN can not pass customs security check in Wuhan, you will NOT receive it. please contact seller for refund.

You were waiting since september? That's was not smart. Your seller probably got the money. Open dispute for non-receipt on the website. If the seller is honorable, he will ship again.
