My parcel from China to new Zealand has not had its tracking info updated in over ten days since it supposedly boarded an aircraft. Would like an update as was told it should arrive after the 25th of November.

06783162436 is the tracking

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was shipped on Nov 16. this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

Hi... Can u please help with this tracking number RB400309075SG, because at the aliexpress they can post the status... but I cannot find it at chinapost track nor at singpost. Thank you

RB400309075SG is invalid number. if you just got this number, you need wait 2 weeks ,then you can track it in Singpore post website.
