Hi There,

When ordering from China I use a shipping agent and ship to them and then Ship via that agent all my good to the UK at one shipping price.

I've used them 6/7 times now and have shipped via EMS and from the day the parcel was actually collected to Delivery at my door in the UK has been on Average 4 days. The longest being 6 days.

I had a parcel shipped via EMS on the 12th and the last shipping update was on the 12th from my Local Shipping website saying 'Dispatched to UK'. Then yesterday I had the below update on the Chinese side of things:

Just a bit confused at what is going on. Is there an EMS delay in the UK? Has my parcel actually left China?

Any help would be appreciated. I know EMS can take between 3-20 days but just curious
