RU850672598GB is UK royal mail tracking number. You ship it from UK to China?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived destination post office on Dec 17. It should have delivery problem(normally it should be delivered in 2 to 3 days). You need ask receiver go to China Post office at 阊门 and pickup the parcel or call china post hot line 11185 and arrange re-delivery.

Do you know the international China Post office at 阊门 phone number? So I can call from uk. Thanks

You must call 11185 within China, must in Mandarin Chinese. China Post has no people can answer phone in English.

So I should call +8611185? No problem, I can speak mandarin.
That day i call +861011185 but they say that number is for beijing area. My parcel in su zhou now so say they can't help.
