I wonder where my package with the number RB023512895CN is. The sender says it has arrived in Belgium and will be arriving soon, but the tracking system seems to say that it went back to China? Can the tracking system be wrong? Can anyone help?

shipper's message is wrong. RB023512895CN has been returned to Wenzhou airport. You will NOT get this parcel. Please DIRECTLY contact your credit card company or paypal or aliexpress and file non-receipt dispute before it is too late.
