I have confirmed that my family haven't got the Parcel why they show it's already delivered? we are not in 葭址, but in 太阳城. Is it lost? Please help me.

Ask your family go to China Post office in 台州葭址, they made delivery and should have receiver signature. You can also call China Post hot line 11185 and inquiry delivery detail.
