The website says my package has been processing in a factory in china for a month now. It was supposed to arrive about 10 days ago. Where is it?

The tracking number is LS112496899CN. Please help.

LS112496899CN seems seriously delayed in Fuzhou airport. Not sure if it is lost there (normally ePacket should arrive within 4 weeks). If you purchased from ebay/aliexpress/paypal and you can not get it by Xmas time, you should open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.

Thank you very much. I purchased from DHgate. Should I open a dispute? If I do, will I still receive my package?

if you can not get it by Xmas time, open dispute to DHGATE.

I don’t know where my package is, i bought on dec 18 2017 it has almost been 6 weeks, my order from dhgate has not arrived should i be worried? RK851143985CN is my track nimber
