Alright so I ordered this on January 3rd. It shipped on the the 5th, but its been on "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" since than. that's literally TWO WEEKS. I know it could take up to 3, but usually when I order stuff from china it takes 1.5 weeks, max. I contacted the seller and she said that it was in the Chicago ISC (I live in LA), and it is taking this long because of the recent snow storms on the east coast, but I have no idea where she got that info from. So yea can someone tell me what's up?

Your item left Wuhan for Chicago on January 9th, but it hasn't cleared Customs or been scanned by USPS yet. I'm not sure if your parcel was specifically affected, but there was a general bulletin circulated to the world's postal services on 8 Jan that deliveries in the US could be slowed due to weather.

ePackets sent in late December/early January seem to be averaging 15-20 days so far, so your item should show up in USPS tracking soon. Do note, though, that there's no three week maximum or guarantee when it comes to ePacket delivery times -- some items sent during the holiday rush in November have taken almost 60 days to arrive.
