Can someone help to check where is the package. It was sent February and still has not arrive. CH036370475US. It’s just say in transit. Please help!!!!

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows CH036370475US arrived Guangzhou customs on Feb 22. Normally it should be delivered in one week after import to china.

You should ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and see if they can find the parcel, if they can not locate the parcel, it should be lost in customs warehouse.
