Order number : RG973048940BE

It's showing same status from past 22 days "Parcel is handled". Now its around 1 month 17 days and still i can't see any update. Seller already extended the time limit and said me to wait another 15-20 days. Should i or open for dispute? please tell me where is my parcel?

if your buyer protection is expiring, then keep waiting ,otherwise open dispute.
