Post Help please - EMS order stuck!

A customer order was sent by my vendor via EMS on 8 December - tracking number LX033393375CN.

We paid a premium for delivery in 4-7 working days but the parcel appears to be still stuck in China.

Can anyone help me establish the status and expected delivery date please?

I have a very unhappy customer who ordered on 29 November and paid an express airmail premium to have their purchase in good time for Christmas.

The EMS tracking site status has been unchanged for over 2 weeks now and I've been unable to contact EMS / China Pot - even tried calling but recorded message is all in Chinese.

now is busy season. ePacket might take 4 weeks to reach UK. If seller promised 4 to 7 days delivery , he should use more expensive service like DHL to ship the goods. You can open dispute to seller for compensation.
