Hello. According to the seller it has been sent and was delivered at the postal office.
But that information I cannot find. Please can you give information about the location of my package? The tracking number they gave me is RK846439529CN .

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was shipped on Dec 14. No delivery information available.

If you have not got the parcel, you should open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
