Hi , i have one parcel no update about it since 1 july last update showen " sent to airline " , & this parcel & antoher one of mine showing the same updates but the other one have arrived saudi arabia in 19 aug and i recieved it , & the first one no update until now , is it lost ? Or i should wait few days ? or should i tell the seller to resend me the items ? Help me please .

not necessarily lost. It might stuck somewhere on the route from china to saudi arabia. wait a couple of days until the buyer protection expiring date. If still not receive the parcel by that date, open a dispute to protect your money.

it has been 59 days since "sent to airline " showen , anyway the seller said he will resend me the items on 1 sep if i like to , but is my parcel is lost if it has been 59 days in sent to airline ?

I asked the seller he said normally saudi gets them parcels more than 2 months .
