Post Help me Find My Parcel

I am having issues with tracking down my parcel. I have an email stating my order was shipped out on September 17, 2014. The tracking number is: CN14109461159711. When I search it on your website it says this parcel is not registered??????

HELP PLEASE!!!!!

CN14109461159711 is not register mail. It can NOT be tracked. If you do not get the goods over 40 days, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress, you will get refund easily.

RC055122259CN this tracking no also cannot track but the supplier keep saying a
Already ariived in my country but when i check stil not arrive yet
