It's normal in China post, they don't update their tracking system all the time and especially orders that were shipped in late June, all orders are stuck in security scan status.

how long is security scan status?

How do I know that the parcel delivered if no updates? or later it will be?

RE031782660UA has arrived China on Jun 27. It seems to have some delivery problem. You should ask recipient to call 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.
