I need my parcel by the 26th of December. It's supposed to be delivered by today, 24th of December but it's still not here. What the hell is happening? I have no update on the tracking and shipment. So I need an answer TODAY. Your service seems to be very poor because everyone else has posted negative comments on your forum and you all don't care enough to respond. I need a response by this evening, if not, return my item and expect a negative feedback and rating.

None of us here work for China Post (at least that I know of), we are all volunteers trying to help people understand the postal system and what is going on with their parcels.

If you post your tracking number, we might be able to help you get some idea of when you can expect your item. :)
