Post Have i been scammed

I ordered and paid for item from china on 6 october and heard nothing for 3 weeks. I contacted seller and received tracking number on 3rd november. Tracking number is RL752553661CN and it says parcel is on route. Is this a valid tracking number and where is my parcel .

RL752553661CN is real. parcel left china on Nov 14. it should be delayed. If your buyer protection is expiring, you should ask seller extend the protection or open dispute.
