Post Has my package passed customs??

Hi there, I ordered this item on November 28th and if the information is correct, it shipped on the 7th. The company's website said I would receive my package last week, but here I am still waiting. My tracking number is LS277408383CN. They haven't been clear about what's going on so I just wanted to get a more direct answer.

I find companies tend to be much too optimistic in their stated delivery times, and the mad rush of packages sent leading up to the holiday season isn't helping. Your ePacket LS277408383CN should have left China on Dec 6th. Right now it should be either on the way to the USA, or waiting to clear US Customs. The next update should come when US Customs releases the item to USPS for delivery. I'm not sure how long ePackets to the USA are taking right now, but I imagine it will be at least a week or two yet. :(
