Hi. I'd appreciate some help. I have tracking no LX022825883CN
It has been a month since my order and it has been stuck on departure export customs since a couple of days after my order. Thank you for any insight you can share.

LX022825883CN is delayed in Shenzhen. I suggest you wait one or two more weeks, if you can not get the goods by Jan 15, open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.

Thank you. Can i open a dispute with china post or only with seller?

you should open dispute to seller , not china post.
