Hello dear chinapost,

Please, help me i need your help so much.
Have you accepted a parcel, on 21 June 2014? And was it under my name Griseld Hoxha where the package was going to.

Tracking number: RI016758822CN

Receiver name: Griseld Hoxha

Can you please tell me if it is on my name? Can you please tell if item arrived in Albania is for my name..

They don't answer these kind of questions here. They will only see if the tracking number is legit through track-chinapost.com and you tracking number says unsuccessful delivery in Al location. Is this your adress if yes then you need to call your local post office to ask about it. They probably went to your house and no one was there

It seems you got your parcel in 02, jul 2014 in Tirana and your local post office didn't bother to call you after they didn't find you home. So you need to call them and go to the nearest office to pickup your parcel

Hello!

My order, with tracking number RD252446955CN, has been in "opening" status since July 2nd, no changes. It's only some dresses, no liquid or battery inside.
Is it normal to stay in that status that long?
Could somebody please help me with some information?

No they were replying to Yetina. Your parcel is in your country and if you contacted the local post office and told you it's under someone else's name then the seller either wrote your name wrong or gave you someone else's tracking number. You should open a dispute immediately or try asking the seller if he mixed up and gave you a wrong tracking number and he should fix it.

we can not tell you who is the recipient in the parcel.
