hello from france
i have the a problem with a seller
on a fake website of pandora jewel
i return back the package to 953 shishi road ChengXiang district, PuTian City. FuJian province, chinaZIP CODE: 351100
this is the tracking number http://m.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-envoi
CC769974725FR
but the adress is not correct and the seller is a scammer
the package is returning in france
what is the reason?
what can i do?
i loose 250€ for this fucking fake jewels
did you have any compensation?

which website did you buy the jewel? If you purchased from ebay/aliexpress/amazon, you can open dispute and claim refund. If you buy from no name website, normally you can not get your money back.
