Hello! I have a problem with my parcel (RB912031755CN), it's stuck in Beijing airport for more than 2 weeks. The status - export customs scan, there's no battery or liquids just garments. How much longer would it take? Thanks!

sometimes export customs scan status does not change even after the parcel was sent to airline. so you no need worry too much. just be patient and wait another 2 to 3 weeks, it should arrive.
