My package has been stuck for over 4 weeks in the customs scan. I've tried to contact info-customs and China Post (that I sent the package with), but they haven't answered my emails. On China Post's website they only say what to do if you ordered the package online, but I sent it myself and I don't know what to do! Have they destroyed my parcel? Is it possible to make the customs send the rest of the package if one item is keeping it there? Please help

what is the item you shipped? any battery or illegal pirate copyright item inside?

I sent some clothes, a DVD of myself skydiving, pearl necklaces, a scubadiving book, chopsticks and a GoPole (equipment for my GoPro camera). I really have no idea why it's stuck
