Hi I bought a jacket with the number give RC177048912CN on September 5, 2014 we have 14 October and parcel still has not arrived, all the time in one place, what's the problem? Please help, the seller does not write off

RC177048912CN should have problem to pass security check. you'd better open dispute and claim refund asap.

I opened a dispute some time ago, I received a refund, but is there any chance that the jacket will? I've been waiting an awfully long time ??? , /
