My mother sent me a package from the United States with the tracking number CW841268411US.
It is a VERY expensive package and it arrived in Shanghai on April 11th and never got to me.
I WANT MY PACKAGE.
THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
Stop redirecting me and saying there is nothing you can do.
My package is somewhere in China and I WANT IT.

call china post hotline 11185 and see if they can find the parcel. If they can not find the parcel, normally it should be returned or lost. In future, you should buy insurance when shipping expensive item.

You should ask someone call 11185 in Chinese, they do not have English service.
