I have seen your table about estimated delivery time,are estimated delivery times there since shipment information received or since they leave china? Thanks

First, you should check "sent to airline" date in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php , then add about 4 weeks on sent to airline date. This would be the estimated arrival date.

Do you know do they send mails by special mail planes or passenger planes?

they send the mail through passenger planes. The space is very limited especially in this holiday rush season. Waiting line for available shipping space is very very long. To make things worse, they don't send goods by early come early go rule. On the contrary, they pickup parcel at random from warehouse and make some bad luck parcel even slower.
