I have a packet to be delivered by epacket -LX115985511CN was shown date 26 Jan delivery successful however I did not received at all. Thus how come the status shown delivery successful?

this status show delivery is successful is referring to deliver to my own post office or to me as receipent.

The parcel is delivered by Singapore Post. If you did not get the parcel, you need contact your local Singapore Post office and inquiry delivery detail.
