http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was returned from Saudi Arabia on Jan 14. Not sure the return reason, but definitely you can not get the parcel anymore.

If you paid to ebay/aliexpress, you should open dispute for refund.

Maybe Saudi Arabia customs or airline rejected the parcel for unknown reason before it was given to Saudi post. Either way You should open dispute to seller for non-arrival order refund.
