Hi all, I had an order shipped from China on Monday. It is now Saturday and my tracking number is still showing no info at all. I was wondering if it is normal for EMS to accidentally not scan some parcels, and if I should be worried or not.

track here http://track-chinapost.com/ . if it show no information about your parcel, it means your seller did not ship your goods.

It is still not showing up with anything. The seller has been in contact with me everyday asking about it... So I have no reason not to trust him yet.

Update, Due to it having lipo batteries in it. He said he is trying to get customs to release it, and that is why it is taking so long.

you'd better post your tracking number here otherwise it is very difficult to help you
