Could someone help me please.. my order was shipped on December 1. There hasn’t been any movement since the 8th. My tracking number is EA325936997CN

Is this normal for express shipping? Should I be worried? Please help

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows it has problem to pass customs security check on dec 2. Not sure if it is a mistake. What is the item inside?

Blissful, i double-checked the package for you.. :

Your item was received by sorting center(UNITED STATES OF AMERICA USUSORDA) at 2017-12-08 14:36:00

The USA's custom clearance process is very slow already, and now even slower with Christmas comming. Its completely normal for it to take this long. You should start worrying if no movement after first week of January

You might get lucky and still receive it this/next week, but there's no guarantee. Just stay patient!
