Hello, my package is still in nanjing 12 day’s after pick up? My last packages was 5-7 day’s China to UK

Tracking on some sites says ‘handed to customs’ others say ‘held by Customs/security’ what does this mean? Is the tracking info just old? The sender is not willing to help and says the package will return to them if a problem.

Is there a delay in nanjing? I don’t mind waiting just trying to understand what’s going on.

I have second parcel sent yesterday already on way to ukThrough nanjing also!

EV856870486CN is on the way to UK. you need wait 2 to 3 weeks to get the parcel.

I know, but what about EV858621756CN sent 13 day’s before ? Still not through custom

EV858621756CN is delayed in Nanjing. not sure the reason. If you can not get it by end of April, open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
