Hello, I would like some explanation on this parcel RS648939408CN. Seller said it is on the way to destination. Tracking is showing only one message since 5 June, electronic data received. And by the way I ordered another item from the store on 21 June, got it on 16 July.

seller is a cheater. He applied a tracking number from china post but never actually shipped anything. read following:

Why does my tracking result show only one message “”electronic data received” ?
